Walk-in state benefits help from an ODHS eligibility worker at the Family Resource Center, first come, first served.
Walk-in, first-come, first-served help with intake appointments, annual renewals, change reports, and general benefit questions. The worker pauses during the lunch hour. EBT card replacements are not available at this site; those needing new cards or standard in-office services should contact the Warm Springs ODHS branch on Holliday Street or call 541-553-1626.
