CTWS Tribal Scholarship 2026 – Deadline Extended to 7/31/26

Warm Springs Tribal members interested in college, vocational school, or job training programs are encouraged to apply for assistance through the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Higher Education Program. Applications for the 2026-2027 academic year must be completed and submitted by the new deadline of July 31, 2026. Incomplete or late applications will not be reviewed and could delay funding.

The program provides eligible students with a new $1,200 annual scholarship, which is paid in installments during the academic year. To receive funding, students must follow all application requirements and remain in compliance with program guidelines.

Applicants are required to submit a complete scholarship application along with supporting documents. Students must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), apply for the Oregon Tribal Student Grant, and provide proof that they have applied for at least five additional scholarships. These steps help students maximize available financial aid resources and reduce the cost of attending school.

The Higher Education Program supports students pursuing higher education, technical training, and career development opportunities. Benefits of the program include financial assistance, guidance through the application process, and ongoing support to help students successfully complete their education or training goals.

Students are encouraged to communicate regularly with Higher Education staff and provide any required documentation in a timely manner. Program staff are committed to helping students make a successful transition into college life and achieve their educational and career goals.
