Head Start/Early Head Start Survey

Warm Springs Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide free comprehensive preschool services. Early Head Start programs serve pregnant individuals and children up to age 3. Head Start programs serve children ages 3-5.

Currently the programs are conducting a Community Assessment Survey to collect data that will help with planning and identifying needs for families and children in the Warm Springs Community.

You can complete a survey by downloading it HERE, printing it out, filling it in, and returning it to the Warm Springs Early Childhood Education Center.  Paper copies of the survey are available at ECE.
