Boil Water Notice; Water Conservation Order End

Effective immediately, the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs (CTWS) Public Utilities Department and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have officially lifted both the Boil Water Notice and the Water Conservation Order.

The EPA and Tribal authorities have verified that the agency water system fully complies with all health, safety, and water quality regulations. Tap water is safe for direct consumption, cooking, and standard use—boiling is no longer required.

As normal water use resumes, residents are asked to keep water runoff from flowing onto roads and driveways. Excessive running water washes out the fine soils and aggregate supporting the edges of asphalt, leading to road degradation and costly repairs.
