Land Buy Back Deadline April 24th

The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Land Buy Back Program sent out offer letters to Warm Springs Tribal Members who have fractionated interest in lands on the Warm Springs Reservation, earlier this year.  The program goal is to offer fair market value to these landowners to restore Reservation fractional land interests to the Tribe.

If you received an offer letter – the final deadline to respond to the offer is April 24, 2018.

If you have already returned your paperwork, no further action is necessary.  Staff are available to answer questions or assist you in completing the paperwork at the Land Buy Back Program offices in the Warm Springs Media Center.  Learn more by calling 541-615-0997 or 541-460-1697.
