CTWS Vital Stats Closed Wednesdays

Starting this week, on April 15, 2026, the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Vital Stats office will be closed on Wednesdays to allow staff to address a backlog of work.

This schedule will remain in effect for the next 90 days.

You can contact Vital Stats at 541-553-3252, email vitalstats@wstribes.org, or stop by their office at the Tribal Administration Building during business hours (Except on Wednesdays).
