From the KWSO newsroom: Cascade East Transit returning to Warm Springs

Cascades East Transit has returned to provide bus service to Warm Springs. A couple years ago the company which operates under the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council – provided local bus service and trips between Madras and Warm Springs. Warm Springs Transit then took over responsibility for the public transit system and added additional stops and an adjusted schedule. The Cascades East Transit bus only began service last week and they are working on a revised schedule. Details are forthcoming about routes and times for the new bus service.
