CTWS Special Per Capital Payment

Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Tribal Council has approved a Special Per Capita payment to the tribal membership. The $500 dividend will be distributed on Thursday, December 7th.

Checks will be available for pick up at the Tribal Administration Building

• Thursday, 8am – 7pm and
• Friday, December 8^th from 8-10am.
• Any remaining checks will be mailed after that.

Identification is required for all in person check pick-ups. If you want to have another person pick your check up, you must call and provide the name of that person, who will need to provide ID and a signature.

• Masks are recommended to enter the building.
• Everyone should park in the parking lot and then enter at the Tribal Council end of the building.
• Everyone will exit the building near Accounts Payable and Payroll.
• Elders Only can park on the curb where you can provide your photo ID to a runner who will be available to go in to get your check for you so you don’t need to wait in line.

Checks for people whose first name begins with A thru M will be handed out at Accounts Payable.

Checks for folks whose name begins with N thru Z Can pick them up at HR.

You must provide a photo ID regardless of your age.

Tribal Council Chairman Jonathan Smith said the special dividend was approved by the 29th Tribal Council in recognition of economic hardship that Tribal Membership is experiencing.

Warm Springs Tribal Credit Enterprise will be doing Check Cashing with their Drive Thru will available for Elders Only. All others must go inside the bank for check cashing. ID is required for everyone, no exceptions.

Warm Springs Market will cash dividend checks this week.  The check must be your own and you do need to present an ID.  There is a 1% check cashing charge.
