High Bridge Fire

Last Friday Late Afternoon (9/22/23) a fire broke out along Highway 26 on Sidwalter that burned just over 20 acres.

Fire crews responded and contained the High Bridge Fire that mostly burned grass in rangeland between the bridge and the B-140 road.

Recent precipitation and cooler temperatures will help reduce fire danger, but fuels continue to be dry and so everyone is reminded to be fire safe.
