From the KWSO newsroom: Tribal Council update

Tribal Council met Wednesday, January 7, 2015 and approved Tribal Council Priorities and Goals for 2014 thru 2017. Also approved was a letter to be send to the Department of the Interior regarding Risked Based Wildland Fire Management. A motion was passed to amend the January agenda to include a meeting with the 509-J School District. Those present at the Wednesday session were Chairman Eugene “Austin” Greene, Jr., Vice Chairwoman, Evaline Patt, Joseph Moses, Carlos Smith, Scott Moses, Raymond Tsumpti, Alfred Smith, Jr., Orvie Danzuka and Kahseuss Jackson.
